Kaupulehu, the latest phase of Kukio, is located 3.5 miles north of Kukio. Kaupulehu is a a private enclave of 80, one-acre home sites. Twenty of the home sites have setbacks only 150 feet from the water's edge. The home sites at Kaupulehu create great theatre for whale and dolphin viewing, with significant depths close to the shore. White water sprays rivet the shoreline, with spectacular water shows especially during winter swells.
